Whether it’s a blog, case study, how-to article, white paper or thought leadership column, I have experience researching, writing or editing it. My clients have included TechTarget (eg SearchContentManagement, SearchCRM), NetSuite, Hoffman Marketing, Processor magazine, Computerworld and Ferris Research, among others. 

 

Executive Editor, ebizQ, April 2000-November 2002

Managed the production of features and news stories for ebizQ, an online publication covering e-business integration technologies and trends. Developed the weekly editorial line-up, assigned and edited articles from freelance writers.

• Contributed to a tripling of traffic on the web site.

• Worked with authors to develop story concepts, provided feedback to improve article content and structure, and edited drafts.

• Wrote features and news on integration technologies and strategies.

 

Staff Editor, Computer Publishing Group, 1997- 2000

Wrote features and news articles for Computer Publishing Group’s two monthly magazines, Server/Workstation Expert and WebServer.

 

Editor, Software Success (www.softwaresuccess.com), June 1996-November 1997

Wrote and edited United Communication Group’s weekly business newsletter for software industry executives. Reported on such topics as high-tech employee recruitment, software services, legal issues, and marketing strategies. Moderated the Software Success E-Forum, an email-based discussion group of 400 software company entrepreneurs and managers.
